The printer must be purchased from the Official Bambu Lab Store or Authorized Resellers while the printer is in normal working condition.
Total Print Time
Eligible printers must be withing the initial warranty period, and have under 5000 hours of total print time.
The warranty can be extended to a total of 3 years.
Eligibility Check
At the time of purchase, the printer must be bound to your account and the serial number must be provided.
Bambu Lab will verify the printer’s warranty status and total print time. If eligibility requirements are met, the purchase will proceed.

1. If your device experiences a failure during the extended warranty period, a ticket needs to be submitted through our online support system.
Once your request is received, our technical team will assist in troubleshooting to identify the issue. If the problem is covered by warranty, we will provide the necessary spare parts free of charge to repair your device.
2. The extended warranty only covers troubleshooting support and free replacement parts. It will not be possible to replace the printer or get a refund during the extended warranty period.
Terms and Conditions
1. The extended warranty service is limited to the main printer unit and does not include AMS / AMS lite / AMS 2 PRO, cosmetic issues with the outer casing, consumable parts, etc.

A: The extended warranty typically only covers the main components of the device, such as the heat bed, screen, motherboard, camera, etc. However, consumable parts like the hotend, print bed, cutter, extruder rollers, etc., are not covered under the extended warranty.
