Bambu ASA-CF
Engineered for harsh outdoor conditions, Bambu ASA-CF offers exceptional weather and UV resistance, retaining the advantages of ASA while adding carbon fiber for increased stiffness and dimensional stability. This makes it the perfect choice for large-scale models requiring durability and precision in demanding environments.
Superior Outdoor Durability
Bambu ASA-CF stands out as one of the top materials for outdoor use, with excellent resistance to harsh weather and UV exposure. Reinforced with carbon fiber, it’s ideal for creating durable garden tools, outdoor furniture, and protective enclosures for electronics.
Optimized for Large Models
With carbon fiber reducing warping, Bambu ASA-CF ensures outstanding dimensional stability, making it ideal for large models or parts that require high precision, such as those in assembly.
Specimen Test: Model size (L*W*H): 220*100*90 mm³ (the XY direction)
Sleek Matte Finish
The smooth matte surface, with minimal visible layer lines, gives Bambu ASA-CF a refined, natural appearance, perfect for detailed models like planters and other outdoor decor.
Enhanced Stiffness for High Load-Bearing Parts
Bambu ASA-CF offers 67% more stiffness compared to standard ASA, making it the go-to material for parts that need to withstand significant load and resist bending, such as camping accessories, plant stands or other outdoor furniture.

Printing Tips
1. Dry before use for higher printing quality.
2. Carbon fiber makes ASA-CF more brittle compared to normal ASA. Please avoid excessive bending to prevent filament breakage.
3. Tips to increase dimensional stability:
4. High heatbed temperatures and glue stick can cause strong adhesion between the print and the build plate. Please allow the print to cool down to room temperature naturally for easier removal and to avoid damage to the model. For more details, please refer to: Work After Printing Finished on WIKI.
5. Similar to ASA, odors may be released during printing. Make sure your printer is placed in a well-ventilated area and use enclosed printers.
